Peju Alawusa is a Senior Graphic Designer and art director with over ten years of experience helping real estate, wellness, and lifestyle brands tell their stories through bold, modern design.
As the founder of Bodega Design Lab, Peju creates everything from branding and social campaigns to marketing experiences, all with a focus on clean design, compelling stories, and emotional connection. She also uses AI tools to enhance her creative process, ensuring cutting-edge results while maintaining a personal touch.

Chief Administrator
Aniyah Watkins is a nonprofit consultant and education program leader with over a decade of experience advancing youth development, strategic planning, and organizational growth. She is the founder of Sustainable Impact Planning and Consulting (SIPC), where she helps start-up nonprofits build sustainable, impact-driven organizations through strategic planning, program design, and fundraising support.
Aniyah holds a Master’s in Nonprofit Management and a Nonprofit Executive Leadership Certificate. Her experience includes managing multi-six-figure education programs, leading teams of 50+, and developing equitable youth programs in Washington, D.C. She brings a practical, systems-informed approach to every project—helping mission-driven leaders turn vision into action.

Secretary
Déjah Liggins is a Nursing student graduating December 2025, Déjah brings a strong background in maternal care as a Birth and Postpartum Doula and OB/GYN clinical assistant. She is passionate about advancing Black maternal health, with a focus on equitable, community-based care. Outside of healthcare, she mentors youth in faith and leadership. Her goal: to become a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner and Midwife.
