Who we are

Our Mission

Our mission is to equip every young person with accurate, age-appropriate sexual health knowledge — empowering them to make informed, responsible decisions that protect their wellbeing and future.

Our Vision

We envision a world where all teens understand their bodies, practice consent, engage in healthy relationships, and experience respect, safety, and confidence..

What We Believe

  • Knowledge is a right, not a privilege.
  • Body autonomy starts with understanding.
  • Honest conversation reduces shame and risk.
  • Parents and teens both need tools and support.
  • Cultural sensitivity matters.

Our Story

MyHealthMyLife was founded to address a real and urgent need: teens often lack a safe, trusted space to learn about sexual health. Many rely on peers, social media, or misinformation. We started simple — with small workshops and listening sessions — then expanded into full curricula, peer mentoring, parent education, and youth leadership programs.
Today, we work with schools, churches, clinics, and community partners to bring comprehensive sexual health education to where teens already are.
