Because knowing better is the first step to living better.

MyHealthMyLife provides culturally grounded, evidence-based health education for youth, women, and families — in the United States and across Africa. We don’t wait for crisis. We build knowledge before it’s needed.

Our Mission

To reduce preventable health disparities by giving youth, women, and families the information they need before the crisis arrives. We do this through culturally grounded, evidence-based health education delivered across schools, community centers, and digital platforms in the United States and across Africa.

We Believe

Knowledge is prevention. When communities understand their bodies, their rights, and their options — outcomes change.

Health education must be culturally honest. Generic content doesn’t reach communities with specific realities.

This work is global. The same gaps that exist in underserved US communities exist across Africa — and the same solutions can travel.

Why Education Matters

Cervical cancer and other preventable health conditions continue to affect communities where access to screening, information, and care may be limited. Education plays a critical role in prevention, early detection, and informed health decisions.

By providing culturally respectful, evidence-based information, we aim to support individuals and families in making choices that improve long-term outcomes.
